Jorge’s team did a great job cleaning our ducts. The work was neat, on time, and efficient. But this review is about the quality of the company. It’s easy for a company to be “great” when things go well, but the true mark of a company is what they do when things go wrong. TrueTech changed a vendor for the vents that were installed in my house. Unfortunately, these vents were very noisy when heat was on; there was considerable clicking. I called TrueTech, and Jorge told me not to worry. He would schedule his team to replace those vents with new ones. In a few days, the team came, spent less than an hour replacing the original vents with new ones. No hassle. Very professional and honest behavior.
