TRUETECH Services originally replaced our air conditioning systems in January 2022. After acquiring several replacement quotations from several other air conditioning companies, we were a bit frustrated with the cost estimates, but even more irritating was the fact that no one seemed to have a plan to address the concerns we had with our existing air conditioning systems. We had several rooms in the house that always remained warmer than other parts of the home. Thankfully, we were referred to Jorge Ortega and TRUETECH Services. Jorge listened to our concerns and thoroughly evaluated our air conditioning systems. He determined we had a few issues that were contributing to our temperature imbalances throughout the home. He found the existing plenums were not properly constructed and more importantly we didn’t have enough air returns in the home for both systems. Jorge provided us with a very reasonable quotation with a detailed job plan and time estimate to complete. Honestly, the quoted price was in the middle of the other six quotations we had received. However, Jorge was the only one I felt was completely honest and genuine with us.
TRUTECH Services completely removed all our old equipment and reinstalled two top quality Goodman HVAC systems with new supply ducts and performed an antimicrobial fogging. After Jorge and his team finished the installation, we could immediately feel the difference. My wife and I were so pleased we have introduced TRUETECH Services to our family and friends.
THEN last month, after three years in service, Jorge reached out to see how the systems were performing and suggested a preventative maintenance evaluation and cleaning. Once again, he and his team did an amazing job. They checked and cleaned everything. They even changed out two vent covers that had a couple paint chips at no additional cost. The best news was that our systems were both relatively clean and our temperature imbalance issues are truly a thing of the past. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Jorge Ortega and his teams have restored my faith that there are still companies out there that truly care about people and do everything they can to help.
