True tech services came out clean out my dryer vent as well as clean my two hvac systems. I am very impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Our dryer vent needed major attention, and our new dryer consistently gave us a “flow sense” error due to a clogged dryer vent. Jorge showed us that he would do whatever it took to get the vent cleared, and did indeed do several cleans until we got our vent cleared and the dryer no longer showed us the error message. The technicians were very friendly and courteous and made me feel very comfortable with their presence in my home. Overall, this was a great experience with this company. I highly recommend them.
