He clearly explained the work that needed to be done and the pricing, with absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. I interviewed five other air duct cleaning companies, and Jorge’s quote was less than half of what several of the others wanted to charge.
His team, Tim and George, were professional, personable, and extremely thorough. They answered all of my questions throughout the cleaning process and showed me before-and-after photos of their work. Most impressively, they discovered and repaired a huge hidden air leak and corrected several other issues as they worked their way through the duct system—all without missing a beat.
The end result exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent workmanship, fair pricing, honesty, and genuine respect for its customers.
